I used to do some girlier posts on Kizzling Around, mostly about my nails (Hey! I lived in Japan where it’s all about nail art). However, I’d always felt guilty because it was off topic and probably flat out boring for a lot of you. THUS, I have resolved this by starting a new blog which I’m labeling “a lifestyle blog with a focus on travel”. I went with a more obvious name this time, since “Kizzle” in “Kizzling Around” is a made up word and therefore not.descriptive.at.all. The Girly Side of Travel is the place where I will now be exclaiming my love for glitter on my nails, crafts, cooking and tid-bits from my life when I don’t have a backpack or suitcase in tow.
I sincerely don’t mean this as a guilt trip to get you to follow both blogs, but as an option in case you find my attempt at humor and “kizzling around” not your style.
While we’re on the topic of blogs, in case you never want to see my writing again, I have an all-photo Tumblr, also creatively named Erica K Jordan Photos.
ちなみに「エリカの旅」と言う名の日本語のブログも始めました。
OK, tell the truth.
How many of you put that last bit into google translate?

No I just clicked and was like WUT.
Making a new blog is definitely better than just…not blogging at all…like some people I know!
ahahaha I should have saved it for April 1st
Yup, still anxiously waiting for those posts!
Though I did take about 3 months to start again so I can’t give you a hard time.
Overachieve much? Way to make us all look bad, Kizzle. (kidding. you’re adorable.)

I don’t know if there’s such a thing as Blogger’s Anonymous, but I have a feeling you’re going to find out soon enough when your friends spring an intervention on you…

To be fair, my friends & relatives in Japan have been giving me a hard time for a while about only having a blog in English. The other two, however, I think are just more of a testament to how badly I need employment right now (mostly for my sanity)
