MIA

Erica K Jordan with Coffee MIA')"> Yes, I know I’ve been M.I.A. here recently.

Have you missed me? ;)

In case you have, here are some places on the internet you can find me until I get my act together and continue recounting my RTW journey:

The Culture-ist (via internship- more articles to come!)
Innovative Ideas in Urban Farming in Tokyo. The Japanese are known to come up with some super creative ideas. Luckily for the rest of the world, they’ve started thinking up some brilliant ideas for urban farming.
Chocolate Tasting Basics. You probably know that I’m a chocolate lover of ridiculous proportions, though recently I love it more as a food than a dessert. Luckily there was a word limit on this piece, or you’d be reading it for days.

The Kale Project (2 guest posts)
The Search for Kale in Tokyo. It was a long and treacherous journey, but totally worth it for this kale lover.
Japanese-style Kale Recipes that I made a huge mess in the kitchen to create.

Also, I’m finally employed again! Though I enjoy my translating/proof side job, I’m very happy to be exploring a new industry. What’s this biology major who worked in Retail (Chocolate/Apparel), Pharmaceuticals and English Teaching doing now?… TV Media!
